Recipe for 4 people:

  • 400 g tortiglioni
  • 200 ml pumpkin cream (see pumpkin cream recipe)
  • 2 sausages
  • 2 black cabbage leaves
  • salt and olive oil


Preparation:

  1. Prepare the tortiglioni in salted water according to the instructions on the package
  2. Crumble the sausage and brown in a pan with a little oil
  3. Blanch the black cabbage cut into thin strips for 3 minutes, once cooked al dente, stop cooking with cold water
  4. pour the drained pasta into the pan and add the pumpkin cream
  5. Prepare the dish by adding the black cabbage and grated cheese.
