Recipe for 4 people:
- 400 g tortiglioni
- 200 ml pumpkin cream (see pumpkin cream recipe)
- 2 sausages
- 2 black cabbage leaves
- salt and olive oil
Preparation:
- Prepare the tortiglioni in salted water according to the instructions on the package
- Crumble the sausage and brown in a pan with a little oil
- Blanch the black cabbage cut into thin strips for 3 minutes, once cooked al dente, stop cooking with cold water
- pour the drained pasta into the pan and add the pumpkin cream
- Prepare the dish by adding the black cabbage and grated cheese.
