Recipe for 4 people:
- 1 radicchio
- 1 sausage
- balsamic vinegar
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash the radicchio and cut into strips
- cut the sausage into small pieces and brown in oil
- When the sausage is cooked, add the radicchio for 1-2 minutes and deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar
- Adjust with salt and pepper
- You can decorate the dish with some pomegranate cicco or you can also add pine nuts
