Recipe for 4 people:

  • 1 radicchio
  • 1 sausage
  • balsamic vinegar
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Wash the radicchio and cut into strips
  2. cut the sausage into small pieces and brown in oil
  3. When the sausage is cooked, add the radicchio for 1-2 minutes and deglaze with a little balsamic vinegar
  4. Adjust with salt and pepper
  5. You can decorate the dish with some pomegranate cicco or you can also add pine nuts
