400g spaghetti

300. Sardines

1/2 red onion

1 clove of garlic

Taggiasca olives

Dill, fennel, dried tomatoes

Salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil


Preparation

  1. Prepare the spaghetti following the instructions on the package
  2. Brown the garlic in the oil and add the sardines, cleaned and cut into coarse pieces
  3. Add the onion cut into banners
  4. Perfume with dill and fennel
  5. Season with salt, pepper and pasta cooking water and add some olives
