Recipe for 4 people:
800 g cuttlefish
300 g peas
Peeled tomatoes
Onion
Toast
Preparation:
- Cut the cuttlefish into banners
- Cut the onion into banners
- brown both for 5 minutes in oil and season with salt and pepper
- Add the peeled tomatoes and finish cooking the cuttlefish for approx. 25 minutes
- Serve with croutons
