Recipe for 4 people:
- 4 monkfish fillets
- 600 g fresh spinach
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Saute the garlic and chopped onion in olive oil
- Add the spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes
- Brown the monkfish fillets in oil until they are well cooked and season with salt and pepper to taste. Decorate the dish with some pomegranate beans
