Recipe for 4 people:

  • 4 monkfish fillets
  • 600 g fresh spinach
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:

  1. Saute the garlic and chopped onion in olive oil
  2. Add the spinach and cook for 3-4 minutes
  3. Brown the monkfish fillets in oil until they are well cooked and season with salt and pepper to taste. Decorate the dish with some pomegranate beans
