- 1 escarole
- 2 medium potatoes
- 100 g bacon
- Mustard
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
- White vinegar
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Wash and Cut the escarole into banners and leave for 30 min in water
- Brown the bacon in a pan
