Recipe for 4 people:
800 g octopus
4 potatoes
Celery, carrot and onion for cooking the octopus
Chopped parsley
High quality extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Cook the octopus with the herbs in plenty of water
- Boil the potatoes
- cut the octopus and potatoes into pieces and season with oil, salt and pepper
- Serve with chopped parsley
