800 g octopus

4 potatoes

Celery, carrot and onion for cooking the octopus

Chopped parsley

High quality extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:

  1. Cook the octopus with the herbs in plenty of water
  2. Boil the potatoes
  3. cut the octopus and potatoes into pieces and season with oil, salt and pepper
  4. Serve with chopped parsley
