Recipe for 4 people:
- 2 fennel
- Fennel
- Dill
- Turmeric
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the fennel into slices
- Cook in a pan with a little water for about 10 minutes
- When the water has evaporated, brown in oil and season with dill and fennel
- Adjust with turmeric, salt and pepper
