Recipe for 4 people:

  • 2 fennel
  • Fennel
  • Dill
  • Turmeric
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Cut the fennel into slices
  2. Cook in a pan with a little water for about 10 minutes
  3. When the water has evaporated, brown in oil and season with dill and fennel
  4. Adjust with turmeric, salt and pepper
