Recipe for 4 people:

  • 2 carrots
  • Butter
  • sugar
  • Parsley
  • sparkling water
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Cut the carrots into discs
  2. Cook in a pan with a little sparkling water for about 5 minutes
  3. When the water has evaporated, brown in butter and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
  4. Add the chopped parsley
  5. Season with salt and pepper

It can be served with a low-fat yogurt sauce seasoned with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and for those who like a little mustard!
