Recipe for 4 people:
- 2 carrots
- Butter
- sugar
- Parsley
- sparkling water
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Cut the carrots into discs
- Cook in a pan with a little sparkling water for about 5 minutes
- When the water has evaporated, brown in butter and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
- Add the chopped parsley
- Season with salt and pepper
It can be served with a low-fat yogurt sauce seasoned with parsley, garlic, salt and pepper and for those who like a little mustard!
