Recipe for 4 people:

  • 400 g chard
  • Taggiasca olives
  • Capers
  • Anchovies
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Cut the chard into banners
  2. Cook in a pan with a little water for about 5 minutes
  3. When the water has evaporated, brown in oil and season with olives and capers
  4. Season with salt and pepper
