Recipe for 4 people:

  • Monkfish
  • 1 radicchio
  • Turmeric
  • Taggiasca olives
  • Dry tomatoes
  • Parsley
  • balsamic vinegar
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper


Preparation:

  1. Remove the two threads from the plug
  2. Brown in oil and add salt, pepper, parsley and turmeric
  3. Cut the whole radicchio into 4 pieces and brown in a pan or cook at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes
  4. Season with salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil
  5. Decorate the fish with olives and dried tomatoes
