Recipe for 4 people:
- Shoulder approx. 1 kg
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 4 carrots
- Mustard
- Cumin
- high quality extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:
- Marinate the shoulder with salt, garlic, cumin and mustard and cover with the bacon
- Place in a saucepan or roasting container and cook at 200 degrees for 2 hours
- Turn the roast after 45 minutes
