Recipe for 4 people:

  • Shoulder approx. 1 kg
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 4 carrots
  • Mustard
  • Cumin
  • high quality extra virgin olive oil


Preparation:

  1. Marinate the shoulder with salt, garlic, cumin and mustard and cover with the bacon
  2. Place in a saucepan or roasting container and cook at 200 degrees for 2 hours
  3. Turn the roast after 45 minutes
